Inclement Weather Policy - Programs, Events, Classes, and Facilities - In weather-related events, Harrisonburg Parks and Recreation programs, events and classes at city facilities and parks, will be cancelled based upon these policies unless otherwise specified. Harrisonburg Parks and Recreation reserves the right to cancel programs, events, classes and rentals at any time due to inclement weather.
