Most city offices are open from 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, except on holidays.  Below is a list of holidays on which most city offices are closed.


New Year's Day

  • Tuesday, January 1, 2013
  • Refuse for Tuesday, January 1 will be collected on Wednesday, January 2.  Please hold recycling until the next collection date of January 8.
  • Please hold bulk and yard debris collection for January 2 until the next collection date of January 16, 2013.

Lee-Jackson Day

  • Friday, January 18, 2013
  • Refuse for Friday, January 18 will be collected on Thursday, January 17.  Please hold recycling until the next collection date of January 25.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

  • Monday, January 21, 2013
  • Refuse for Monday, January 21 will be collected on Tuesday, January 22.  Please hold recycling until the next collection date of January 28.

Presidents' Day

  • Monday, February 18, 2013
